Located on Cleveland’s Southside in the historic Tremont district, The Tremont TapHouse is the city’s first Gastropub. The term gastropub is derived from London and depicts a casual pub that serves an upscale cuisine complimented by the assortment of wine and beer the tavern offers.  The TapHouse boasts a meticulous and extensive selection of hand crafted American and European beers. The list consists of 100 plus examples of fine beer, 24 of which are available on draft. The expansive and diverse beer selection enhances the already exceptional fare prepared by the professional and dedicated culinary team.  Fresh, high quality, local ingredients are used to produce a creative, yet approachable cuisine.

The Historical Italianate structure of the Tremont TapHouse is a blend of contemporary and industrial design. The ambiance is warm, inviting, and comfortable. The first floor features exposed brick, solid oak hardwood floors, and cherry accents. It also features a 40-foot concrete bar that is open air during the warmer seasons. Adjacent to the bar are four distinctive booths, each crafted by a different local artist. To keep up with the Cleveland sports teams, there are 6 high definition, flat panel, televisions.  Outdoor dining is also available on the  2000 square foot patio that comfortably seats 50. Furthermore, private parties and special events will find the second level to be a more refined, formal setting. The second floor can accommodate 10 to 60 guests and consist of a dining room and a lounge. An open kitchen highlights the dining room, while the lounge offers a more intimate and relaxed atmosphere.
